I have a large interest in stocks and buying percentages in oil and gas wells, but with real estate I am not 100% sure yet if i want to invest in rental properties or flip.  It seems as if the market is flooded with rental properties and I am interested to see where the rental market goes in the next few years.

Hello everyone, I've read miscellaneous posts on the Bigger Pockets phone app for a while now and finally decided to join. I just turned 24 and live in Edmond Oklahoma.  I am currently studying Finance with a minor in real estate and intent to get into the mortgage business shortly after I graduate.  I know there is a wealth of knowledge on this site and I hope to further educate myself and get more involved here.
