Hi all, I’m currently in the Providence Rhode Island area and would like to Airbnb a few of my spare bedrooms out. During the day I’m working as a carpenter all over the state of Rhode Island, which usually puts me 30-50min drive to the house. By late-afternoon I’m usually. I’m also usually home during the weekends as well. I was wondering what your thoughts and opinions are about Airbnb in providence and with my situations. Also, if you have any books or blog recommendations

Hi all, I’m currently in the Providence Rhode Island area and thought about Airbnb a few of my bedrooms out as extra cash flow. During the day I’m working as a carpenter all over the state putting me at a 30-50min drive to the house. By late-afternoon I’m usually home or just about a 5 min drive away. I was wondering what your thoughts and opinions are for doing this. Anything helps! Also, if you have any books or blog recommendations that should.
