They are all still living there, they just want the other family to move out.

My tenant (a friend) has moved in another family (not in our agreement) into my property. My tenant now wants his tenants to leave. Can i evict them? Or does my tenant have to evict them? 

Also, this other family has 2 inoperable vehicles on my property. Can i have them towed? Can someone point me to an attorney to help me understand my rights?
