Hi bigger pockets family.Me and two people that i have known through work are planning on doing a JV flip sometime in spring this year and i'm wondering how to go about it.We planning on buying houses cash and rehabbing then flip.

I need help how to structure the whole JV agreement. It will be our first JV and flip together so i have no JV experience. I work in Banking so I have the financing knowledge etc
