I have the lists. Now, are there other ways to go about obtaining pre-foreclosure listings other than mailings and knocking on doors? What other strategies would you suggest? I'm in the New York City area if that helps. Thanks!

I have just completed a marketing program targeting the pre-foreclosure market in the NY Metropolitan area (NYC, BK, BX, Queens and Long Island). We are launching the program this week and expect a few new listings by the end of the month as a result.
