Jonathan, are you also a wholesaler? Have you done any marketing for buyers in Milwaukee? This is just something that I'm throwing out there but what if I market your property and I get some % of the profit? How does that sound? Btw, where are you from?

Well, since I'm only getting into RE investing I figure wholesaling will get me off the ground and eventually into buy and hold. I've been reading a lot of books on RE investing but a lot of them don't go into wholesaling. But I've been keeping up with Sean Terry's Flip to Freedom podcast and his books which I think is very good.

Ok, so I've trolled around BP for a while now never having the chance to post anything or update my profile. But tonight, I'm off from work and want to start contributing to the forum. Although I'm new to real estate investing, I would like to share some of the information that I've learned and read up on and I also hope to meet some investors around my neck of the woods.
