When is the point (preforeclosure, forclosure, before auction or after auction) that I am able to speak to the occupant of the house (may be the previous owner)? Also, why doesn't it seem like he is ready to move out, if he has knowledge of the property has gone into foreclosure?

I just bought an occupied auction property. Is it OK to go and talk to the people that live at the property? Or, should I start the eviction process? Any help on this matter is appreciated!

  1. If I buy a property at auction, shouldn't these homes be vacant?
  2. What are my options, do I evict?
