Hi! I am getting ready to rehab my 4bd/2b house in Salt Lake City, Utah to 2 - 2bd/1b units. It's a partial gut renovation I'm looking to rent out. Is anyone willing to provide recommendations for reliable general contractors that are also relatively affordable in the area? Looking to get started on this project in the next month or so. Appreciate any advise and will answer any questions that could help with the referral. Thanks in advance!

Hi BP members! I am currently renovating my SFH with a mother-in-law apartment in Salt Lake City, Utah. I bought it end of June last year and in urgent need of a full re-wire. We had a flood in October, which exposed the terrible and unsafe wiring behind the drywall. Please can anyone recommend a trustworthy reliable electrician who won't overcharge me? Need this completed in next couple of weeks, because I'm currently staying with my sister and her lease is up mid-August. Appreciate the help!

I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and I'm looking for a realtor to help me purchase a duplex or triplex in the Atlanta area. My mum recently relocated, lives and works in Atlanta, so want to get a property she can live in but also rent out. Have the Suwanee, Grayson, Alpharetta, John’s Creek, Sandy Spring, Sugarloaf area of Lawrenceville areas in mind. Any help, guidance or recommendations are highly appreciated!

Closed on my 1st property (4bd/2b) end of June 2020. Planning to eventually rent both the upstairs & downstairs as 2 separate 2bd/1b apartments. The house has a detached garage with an attached studio (planning to reno & live in it).Currently renovating, but need help determining if the kitchen wall upstairs is load bearing and if I can remove it. Also want to add a separate basement entrance. Can anyone recommend a structural engineer/contractor that won't charge an arm and a leg to analyze?

Hi Guys! I'm a first time home buyer in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Is there anyone who has had any experience with the 203k process in Utah? I am just starting out and currently in search of a 203k lender. Please let me know if you have any recommendations! Thank You!
