Thank you all for the speedy responses and great information. I will check out the LMIG-Harrisburg group and it never occurred to me to look on meetup. Thanks for the advice!

I have looked on both the internet and the BP Events page for REIA's near York, PA and have had little success. The closest one to me that I could find was in Philadelphia (which is a 5 hour round trip when traffic is good, and traffic is never good near Philly). I am wondering if anyone knows of a more local REIA. Thanks.
