@Ovidiu Barbu I'm highly speculating here, and I could very well be wrong, but since you're marketing a unit for lease in City View Apartments the leasing agency may have found your ad on Facebook and notified them to take it down/block it. This leads me to question, how do you own a unit in an apartment complex? Are you the actual owner or are you leasing the unit trying to sublet to a prospective tenant? If this is the case, then more likely than not you are violating your lease agreement.

If Facebook removed scam - ads, that would be great. I even suggested a verify ID for landlords . so renters would have a piece of mind the ad was legit. They simply do not care and they think they are too big to fail in my opinion. Just Like AIRBNB . A tenant was subleasing without my knowledge , AIRBNB refused to take the ad down , after I emailed the lease and the property tax record proving I am the owner, and I have the written reply from AiRBNB, which basically is taking part in something similar to selling stolen property. A lot of people have this problem with AiRBNB

Why don't you just cancel the ad? Better yet, why are you paying for advertising on facebook when it's free? Most markets are on fire and it shouldn't be hard to advertise a rental for free. There are websites out there that syndicate your marketing onto a variety of websites. You put it in once, you pay the fee, they push it out to 50+ websites. One example: https://www.realbird.com/Listi...

There are even free options. Landlord systems like TurboTenant let you manage your property, but they also push your vacant rental out to dozens of other websites for you.

Thank you. I had it taken care of , sent them copies of my drivers license and the property tax record but was very frustrating . I was ticked off because the ad was showing active on my page , but other people could not see it. I think is called ghosting or shadowing , should be illegal

Mr Dumler. Thank you for your post. Since you are a real estate agent , I am sure you know how to check Fulton County tax records. Do a property search by my name and you will find A LOT of properties I own , including 435 Highland Ave unit 1121. Thank you again Ovidiu Barbu DDS. PS FYI there are a few individual condo owners at CityView. The corporation who owns the apartments also owns roughly 37 condos of the total of 55.Search 435 Highland AVE NE Atlanta on Fulton assessors

I posted 2 rental ads on Facebook and boosted them. One of them , no problem. The other one was placed under review, I sent a request with a screenshot asking why was under review, now it shows ACTIVE , but is "ghosted" , meaning that I can see it when logged in on my Facebook account , but if someone else uses the link , says product unavailable. It does not appear in rental searches and I get no leads.  I sent a video capture with my ID , property tax records-showing I am the legal owner to FACECROOK ,no help. But they love charging me 8 dollars/day. I took a video capture, I will post it on youtube. Is very dishonest to mislead customers like that .

This is the link Facecrook gives me

Should show a 435 Highland Ave NE 1121 Atlanta GA 30312 rental ad

Did anyone else have this experience?
