Hi all,

I am new to real estate investing and I’m about ready to take the plunge and buy my first property. Only thing is other than personal finance, what other methods are there for funding, buy, rehab, rent out and hold type deals. I’m not rich and I feel saving 20k per property isn’t the best nor fastest way to acquire a decent amount of properties over the next decade. Responses will be much appreciated
