@Alexander Yates thanks for the feedback, it’s definitely still a hot market and cash buyers are growing by the minute. I might end up having to get creative and do the rent by room strategy or just put enough offers on multi family till my offer gets accepted.

Hello and good afternoon everyone! What's everyone's thoughts on house hacking in the Reno/Sparks area? Living in separate units or not? I have been on the hunt for a triplex or quad and will be using an FHA loan for my first house hack.
