@Wayne Brooks no trouble financially i look up the property and only one owner which i know personally to have alway been the owner but grandchild of owner is claiming she is part owner but nothing on title showing it now there is a quitclaim deed that owner said never remembered signing it and if so owner has never seen this or has been mailed a copy. It was from 2017 and the notary commission # said expired 2020 I look up title on property again still only one owner which is the grandma of the grandchild claiming she is part owner. So I'm trying to find the notary that signed off on this but can't find them by putting all there info in first and last name commission # and nothing comes up. So I'm trying to find out how to verify this notary so I can verify this quitclaim deed that I still can't verify that's its a real document

@Wayne Brooks ok so there is a quitclaim deed that was done on a property of someone that said they don't remember signing this quitclaim deed so I'm trying to find the notary that was the supposed witness of the signing to solve this issue but can find them so I'm trying to find out how to contact them to ask the questions of this document which I believe is a fraud documentation

@Sarah Smith ok I'm trying to verify a notary and contact them so I can first see if they are real and to see if they were present @ a signing. I have been trying to verify by putting all there info like name comm. # and nothing is coming up. Maybe I'm not putting it in the right place

Landlord is breaking his lease while actually one of the owners just passed away and her brother is a realtor who we give the rent to every month. The other owner of the property is the father of owner that just passed away but he's been really sick and has been in a nursing home. Now the son of the owner which is the property manager/ realtor Is the one trying to kick us out before our lease is up so they can sell the house! What are my options legally? I live in Los Angeles, CA
