does anyone knows how much a attorney will charge to do llc operating agreement to s corp they charge me around 2000 is that price is right 

Hey guys I’m in florida but I be invest next year in Pittsburgh pa I’m try to find a good cpa or tax professional with good communication and experience becouse I haven’t had luck with 3 of them , they don’t respond don’t text and is imposible to communicate like that . If anyone can recommend me a good one I would be happy 

sorry I ask wrong that part , im asking if I buy the apartment with hoa what should I ask for what what is  allow and what not right , like what kind rules they have I heard hoa could be difficult for investors 

Hey guys I’m thinking on buy a apartament cash on Ohio prefer Cincinnati area there around 80 k to 100 k when you buy an apartemnt with hoa cash do you the same procedure that when you are buying with the bank , do you do the appraisal the inspection and put the contingency as well , thanks 🙏 if guys can help me out 

i have no car payment no credit car debt nothing my my wife we have 0 debth , I understand now so its really hard to get to the 10 leans conventional because you would need to earn a lot money a report a lot taxes or you would have to buy cheaper property so you can play with your income , men this is difficult but we gonna make work no matter what jaja . thanks David men for your help best for you and your family 

the question is if make 100 k a year and the lender says you be able to buy a 500000 property you buy a investment property et say 380000 that year it is possible to by another property same price or higher same income same year , im trying to figure out if I have to report next year more income or my first property should help me out for my second one , sorry and thanks for the help just trying to figure things out I have no problem with the downpayment its more about the lending site
