@Catherine Coy thanks! I'm definitely looking for a DSCR loan to finance my property. Seems like they are legitimate but just haven't heard from anyone who has actually gotten financing from them.

We are looking to purchase our first STR and my wife is a (new) realtor. Can we use her 3% commission towards closing cost when financing via a non conventional lender like host financial?
