Hey,  I'm an oos investor, and I have rental properties in Indy. One is managed by PM (and it's ok, not great but ok), the rest I manage myself, and honestly it's not that bad. The hardest part might be if it's time to evict someone, however in the properties I manage myself, I haven't encountered it yet.  So feel free to privet message me, and I'll answer what ever questions you might have.

Hey, I invest in Indy for many years and I'm out of state. Feel free to PM me with any questions you have. Funny thing is that I actually decided to invest in the SB area now, to diversify. Any particular reason you don't continue Investing in Mishawaka and looking to invest in Indy now?

Hi everyone, for 6 years now I invest in Indianapolis, I'm a landlord, a flipper and a lender as well.

right now I want to increase my portfolio, and decided to buy properties in SB and hold. My preference is for a house that needs renovations, but not a gutted one.

I buy with cash and close quickly.

I'd love to connect with agents that work with investors or to get recommendations for agents.

Also, wholesalers in SB, please reply so I can be added to your buyers list.

and if anyone knows an inspector, that is cost effective and can inspect only the big ticket items, I'd love to hear about it.

TIA!!!

Orr
