Hello, I'm looking for contacts / referrals for excellent general contractors in Huntsville, AL. My wife and I are out-of-state investors looking to close on our first BRRRR in Huntsville in the coming months. This property will need work that may or may not include bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, flooring, roofing, carpets, painting, lighting and anything else that can help us get the property ready for tenants. My wife and I are starting on our real estate investment journey, and are hoping to purchase our first investment property this year. We are planning to operate it as a STR in CA.
