@Rich O'Neill ok so I was told a fha conventional loan would be good for this project are they available as a commercial/mortgage as well ?

Following the site I know it teaches to form a llc to have all your portfolio listed underneath for legal purposes but I don’t know how it worked with if the financing could go in the llc name as well

@Rich O'Neill thanks for the response I can use your assistance and contacts so firstly I’m trying to figure out how to get a pre qualification for financing but in my llc name I might of found some land in the upper Dublin area that I believe would be a great location for this project but as I stated I’m fairly new so just want to be sure I’m making all the right moves with this first project that it may lead to a growing portfolio

I'm fairly new to real estate investing so Im hoping that some of the more seasoned investors could give me advice or even good referrals to help build my team. I would like to build a Quadplex in Delaware in the very near future. In order to get this project off the ground I will be needing the services of a realtor, contractor, architect, an accountant and possibly a financial advisor. I haven't picked a particular part of Delaware to build yet but I don't want to build in a area that is to rural, as I want the location to be accessible but in a nice area. Are there any suggestions as to where I should build my fourplex any leads on land for sale in Delaware or the out skirts of Philadelphia? Thanks!

Just starting out. I am looking to have a fourplex built to reside in one and create cash flow from the other units. Furthermore I am looking to also Brrr the property in the future and continue investing and building my real estate portfolio and team. I'm looking to link with realtors, contractors, builders as well as an accountant to get this project off the ground as soon as possible. Any advice or even referrals from seasoned investors would be greatly appreciated.
