Tim, I don't know about the lending strategy for it but I do know that normally if you short plat it depending on what the market is doing you'll make more money. Yes there is cost involve but normally the equity generated from it outweighs the cost of development. No true on all of them but normally. The problem with these type of development is that you may have to use some of your money, again not sure on the lending end of it maybe someone here with financial experience can help with that, but a good optionmay be to partner up with someone.
