@Kunal Mishra That sounds pretty accurate, I think that preparation is key so I'm going to continue to read and look up houses. In a couple months i think we may take our first stab at it. Thanks for the insight and I'm following you now so i'll be around.

Ok so me and my brother have decided to start housefliping but the only thing is, I want to get a general idea of how my areas market is doing. How do i find this information out?
