@Tyler Speelman Who are you to tell your tenant that they can’t pursue their dreams over a lease?

A lease is meant to be broken and if they have to pay the penalty so be it!

@Mike McCarthy Research ADA.

@Bill Plymouth Max Maxwell seems to be doing fine.

@John Thedford Isn’t that what a “net listing” is? It’s actually one of the 110 real estate question exam. The agent knew it was unethical which had nothing to do with Wholesailing.

@John Thedford There’s nothing wrong with assigning contracts.

@Yonah Weiss Yes. Masters of Sports Administration. My degree has no merit in the real world let alone real estate.

College is a waste of time and such a bad investment.

It’s better to apply that money in real estate purchases that generate cash flow.

@Will Barnard After reading your comments you appear genuine and truthful. I’ve been debating whether to pursue my real estate license which begins 8/5 if I chose to attend. What was bothering me was the traditional real estate office settings,excessive fees, and no one being present in the office. Now,I’m going to do my due diligence and deal with the facts as you’ve stated. I think exp will be a great experience for me as well.
