Hi Experts,

After couple of years with my management company in Cincinnati, i'm thinking to change it.

My biggest disappointment from the current company is that fixes and maintenance are very expensive and too frequent (also reoccurring issues).

I have properties (all multifamily) in those areas:

Avondale area (McGregor) and price hill (Rutledge).

Would be great if anyone familiar and can recommend on good and honest company handling those areas.

Hi Everyone,

After several inspections that I did (4 to be accurate), I start to think that my inspector is not professional as I got used to from other states I bought...

The report almost has no photos, most of the data is general for all report (such explanation on the issue that is being tested) and complete areas that he doesnt check (for example in case of rodent - he completely stops the inspection in the room/space/area).

From old inspections I did, all reports were with plenty of data, pictures (and one unique contractor in Las Vegas even had price assessment!).

Current inspector I used is Accurate Home Inspections.

Does anyone familiar with a really professional inspector?

Very helpful reply.

I have to admit that I do not look for the lowest management fee.

I do more care if the management company has the ability to get maintenance/repairs in lower price (without quality impact :) ). The more professional handymans they have... more chance to avoid outsourcing which is extra cost.

Exterior seems to be OK and no repair is required, but interior requires plenty of it :)
