@ThomasDeMoss, a couple of properties are in the East Brainerd area, a few in other areas around the city. Is there anyone you could connect me with to help me get started? This is all new to me. I would like a mentor as well.

I live in the Chattanooga, TN area where there are a ton of distressed properties with great potential and very few people involved in wholesales. This is a great market and I have a few properties in the works. Only problem is I don't have a buyers list. What should I do?

Hello everyone. I am new to my area and I don't know anyone that is actively involved in REI here. I am ready to dive in and get started, however I am the epitomy of introverted. I like to keep to myself but I am very knowledgeable and have a lot to offer. It's just difficult for me to reach out of my comfort zone. Any advice on how I can get started on my own and break the cycle of keeping to myself?
