I appreciate your will to help. I saw a few areas in Houston that I can afford, however the most important question I keep asking myself is do these areas have demand?

I’m looking for single family homes in family neighborhoods with intention to buy, rehab and sell ASAP.

Hi everyone, I’ve just moved in to Houston Tx last week with motivation to find good assets, go through rehab and flip them. Due to the fact that I’m new to Houston I was wondering if anyone here can give me an Idea of where is best place to start with a tight budget of 50K.
