I see several positive posts regarding investing thru norada 7 mos ago but would love to hear from anyone with more recent dealings with them. I am in the process of looking at turn key investments in Memphis, Kansas City and Indy. So far my dealings with norada have been professional. Does anyone have a long term relationship with them who'd care to comment?

Thank you Sue, Linval  and Tim.  Your info and the related links are invaluable.  I'm very impressed with the way folks help one another via this site.  Lori

Thank you tim. Is it easier to evict a tenant from a month to month as opposed to a year lease?

I am just beginning with a single family home? Is it better to offer a yearly lease or month to month for tenants? It's a nice location and will attract respectable tenants ( hopefully)
