I am renting an apartment and will be moving out in a week and my landlord has informed me that he wants to start showing the apt but I really do not feel comfortable with it because I do not want everyone to see what I have. I was wondering if anyone knows the laws for this in North Carolina. I have looked everywhere and can't fiind anything. I would like for him to give us some notice before he brings someone over but he decides to call when he is on his way over. Is this legal or can I refuse to allow him to show the apartment?
