I have been looking at property packages for the first time and I have no idea where to start. Where do I look and how do I verify the information is true. I am not really sure what to look for and have no clue of red flag indications. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, everyone I live in southern California and have three markets I want to invest in which are San Diego, Fort Worth, and Miami. The problem is I don't know really even know if theses are good markets for apartment investing. Am I picking to many markets to start off with and how do you decide what markets to invest in?

Hello everyone, I was wondering what the components of real estate investing are. Does anyone have a checklist they use to help ease the process of buying. What things should I know and keep in mind when I buy. I know there are things like property valuation, market analysis, finding a broker, etc. but can someone please give a list of things that are crucial to keeping mind when going through the process of buying a property.
