Hey Everyone,

My wife and I are looking to meet some other new and seasoned investors in the area. We have 2 rental properties, but investing was never our goal when we got into the first house and upgraded out. Now, investing is something we are looking forward to doing, and have a goal of at least 1 house a year going forward. 

We would love to attend some meetups. Please let me know if there are any in the area. I look forward to learning and meeting some of you.

When are you hosting your next meetup? My fiance and I are just getting into investing, and we would love to come to the next meeting if we are welcome. We have 1 property that we decided to rent out when we upgraded to a bigger house when our family grew, and now we have decided to just keep acquiring rentals and even take on some flipping projects in the future. Would love to meet some like minded people in the area.

Hey guys and gals,

My name is Art, and I am new to the site, so I wanted to just leave a quick intro. I am a father of 2, and I am looking to get my feet wet in the real estate investing arena with my partner, who happens to be the mother of my children. We want to take on this venture as a team.

We come home daily wondering where the time went. By the time we get home, we have 2 hours with the kids before bed time, and then it's time to start the cycle over again. We want more time and financial freedom, and we hope this could be a vehicle to get us there.

I work at Brighthouse doing tech support, and she is a US Army vet, and an RN doing case work for the government. We currently have 1 rental property, and we are looking to purchase a new upgrade and renting this one out like we did with the last.

I have slim to no real estate experience, but have been gobbling up as much knowledge as I can. I would love to find someone locally who could show me the ropes and possibly be a mentor.

I've been surifing the wealth of info here, and decided to make an account. I have tons of questions, so I am sure you will see more of me. :)
