Dear All, I am a new investor in Columbus Ohio. Investing in SFH in a C class area and up. My strategy is to buy and hold.

In the past several weeks, I have been studying the Souren Orchard + Driving Park areas. It looks like there is a very limited inventory of buy and properties ( I am looking for 8% ROI) and mostly great market for fix and flip/BRRRR.

Can anyone advise on other areas/zip codes to look at for solid buy and hold deals in Columbus?

Hi All, I would love to get a list of areas/zipcodes to explore/avoid in Columbus, Ohio.

Looking to invest in SFH up to $150K, B/C class locations. Currently exploring North Linen, Southern Orchard and avoiding Franklinton.

I would love to get your feedback!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Omer Zakai, from NYC and I am new to real estate investing. I did my research and decided to invest in Columbus, Ohio.

My plan is to start out by purchasing SFHs, in a C class (and above) areas with a budget of $100-120K (All in).

Can anyone provide some tips for me?

Any special or unusual RE rules that I should be aware of?

What are the best neighborhoods to invest in for buy&hold?

What are the worst (high crime areas)that I should stay away from?

I would love to connect with agents, Mortgage brokers, and wholesalers that work with investors.

Thank you for your help.

Omer

Hi All, I am a newbie RE investor and currently using /learning with a mentor to do my first RE investment. My budget is around 80-120K for my first investment and I have explored those markets below:

Cleveland OH
Columbus, OH
Rochester, NY
Jacksonville, FL
Indianapolis, IN

All look like great markets to invest( Large cities, still affordable, growing, low unemployment rate, etc) however, I find it hard to pick one for start. I would love to get some advice from other members and from guys with experience with investing in those markets.

Thanks in advance, Omer
