 Baltimore zip codes are too big to really rely on, personally I’d invest in Canton, Hampden, Fed hill, South Baltimore, Fells point, Highlandtown, Greektown and Remington. If I couldn’t afford those areas I’d just go to Baltimore county.

Areas young professionals are buying 

Open to buying something in a more expensive area that not updated 

I can do the more in depth research but I need some keys locals always know best
