Hi @Steve Morris, the idea of the original question I posted in the forum is to have some names of Sponsors I can reach out and connect with for future deals. Currently the MF business if full of syndicators/sponsors, new and experienced and it may take some time to vet them, so a short cut, is to get some initial feedback on those people feel, had a good experience with them. I am very active networking in this COVID time. Thanks.

Hi @Todd Dexheimer, very good reading thanks for sharing. I was glad to see that you mentioned the experience in a full cycle as well as how they have handled challenging deals. I also consider very important to get the feedback from previous or current investors. In my last calls with the sponsors I have asked for examples of the monthly reports to their investors and there you can see the amount and detail of information they share. 

@Jennifer Bourdeau, @Ruel K. and @Eduardo Calle thanks a lot for the messages. When I listen at podcast there is a true statement people is saying: The deal is important, but what makes the difference is the quality of the sponsor and his track record. There are very well known names I am getting and will be happy to share it. I have also invested into two deals as a LP but as well it is too soon to comment, apart from the fact that COVID is testing all the deals and sindicators....we will see.

Thanks @Jon Schwartz for sharing that resource. Will definitely have a look. I didn't know about their podcast and seems a great resource as well. I just subscribed.

@Tom Wagner, you are right. Plus I have seen many tools out there all the way from the excel sheet to complete educational packages, just not sure it is worth the price. 

I am in the process of enhancing my underwriting skills/knowledge and I am looking for a good Commercial Real Estate underwriting model and training and would like to hear which one is your preferred one with the best cost/benefit proposition. Please let me know the one you use and why. I have heard good comments of:

@Amy Heitner agree with you and @Evan Polaski and I have done that question. You won't believe the type of answers I have received. That one there is a very good questions. If you guys know an sponsor that have given you a great answer for that questions, let me know. I would like to connect with him.
