@Kris Haskins and @Dmitriy Fomichenko I’m sure either of you may be able to assist with a question. I’m closing on my first property this Monday and I already have a newly established LLC I created. My plan is to title the property in the LLC name after closing. The attorney is telling me that it’s no problem to do it and it will be done through a Deed of Gift. Are either of you familiar with this and do you believe in this way of transferring the title without any legal ramifications behind it in the long run?

I’m new here and seeking knowledge, advice, and networking. I’m prior military. Currently in the process of closing on my first investment property within a week in Virginia Beach and I’m already seeking another to take advantage of in GA, where I am from. I’m already enjoying the journey and I’m hoping for things to be very lucrative for me in the long run.
