Hello Bigger Pockets community! My name is Omar Diaz and I reside in the central Florida area. I'm 23 years old and work in the banking industry, however, investing in real estate full time is the goal. I haven't done any investing quite yet but have sold homes as a sales associate for Keller Williams. At the moment my license is voluntarily inactive. I'm mainly interested in generating passive income. So far, multifamily investing is at the top of my list but I'm always looking for suggestions on more creative ways on generating passive income.
