I have been reading information online, watched videos, I bought and read books on real estate investing

I have met up with other real estate investors

I even met Dr. Dolph De Roos personally at an Expo in Dallas

I have some private lender money available

I've put out bandit signs, I've gotten in touch with a mentor..

I have a google number

I've been on biggerpockets webinars

I have walked houses...

Why do I feel stock? its been about a good 7 months trying to learn and find deals

It feels like I am not moving forward at all.. no deals no nothing but information

Quite a few of the investors I've met are selling a membership or will not give out much information unless one buys their CD package or otherwise... costing around 1000 dollars and up..

Anyway, if I had the money to do that I might not be so frustrated.. maybe..

I've heard how some investors have spent 50,000, 100,000 dollars or more in their education..

Wow, that's way beyond my reach at this time..

I'll keep reading up information here on biggerpockets, but I can definitely take some pro advice.. what direction should I take now?

Like I stated before, I am totally stock with information and no results. Bummer...

I just recently met him in person, and found it very interesting to hear what he had explained in regards to private lending, yet when the talk was over, which was at a group meeting, he offered his system at a lowered price of $997 for that day only, yeah that was kind of high for me.

although, I will be attending a workshop that he will be presenting this Saturday, I was am interested in what he will teach there.

I'll post whatever I can learn after the workshop is over. It's more curiosity then anything else. But, I definitely will be careful on getting into something I don't yet fully understand.

Is it correct to ask here on Biggerpockets for anyone willing to become a private lender for me? To help me on my upcoming deals?

Awsome!! Thank you Brie

Very quick response.

I'll check them out right now.

I'm a little confused, I've read a few articles on Private Money Lenders but whats the differences vs Hard money lenders?

Are they not the same thing?

and which one is the better way to go?

I want to start investing right away but funds is what I am lacking. I've considered private money lenders instead of banks.

wow, thank you guys. Great information. I had no idea how involved condo's are.

Sounds like a lot more work then what I'm willing to get into right now.

I totally appreciate everyone's input.

Is there a reason why a real estate investor is referred to as a "Seasoned" real estate investor?

What is the difference?
