In state of TN, I paid a contractor a huge amount of money for roof replacement. It's been 40days and he didn't do the job, he gave me excuses and didn't pick my calls or respond to my messages. What should I do to get my money back?

Thanks John! It seems Scott is more into general litigation and less into real estate. Have you had any personal experience with him on any real estate deal and would you say he's a guy that knows his onions?
