Thanks for the reply. I took a Real Estate Investment course earlier this year that opened me up to a lot of information. As of right now, I am looking into Wholesale to start building some wealth. After getting that under my belt I want to buy and hold rental units. I have a purpose to why I want to do this. Getting my footing is the hardest part, but I guess that’s like every challenge anyone has ever overcome in life.

I actually just moved down to the Fort Lauderdale area for work earlier this year, and well with everything that has popped up, my career field has slowed down. So perfect timing to pursue my real estate dreams!!!!

I am new to investing and I hear the best way is to build great relationships. So please if you are in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area and are an end buyer I do want to get to know you and what you are interesting in. If you are an investor in the area, I do want to get to know how you do things. 

There is a wealth of experience on the web site alone. It is amazing! I look forward to making great partnerships in the very near future.
