@Eric X. Jup, that’s true. Therefore I started my own Social Media Marketing agency, not much work so I can focus on school and my “self-education” but I earn way more than the average 17YO. I put 70% in savings and 30% in fun experiences/weekends with friends. So money wise I think I’m good on the way. As regards my study, I want to study Law, especially real estate law, in the Netherlands you don’t have those crazy high college debts. College here is basically “free”. I think that law is a good foundation for everything.

Thank you for your answer!

@Jamie Rosen I’ll read it, thanks :)

Hello fellow real estate enthousiasts!

Do you have some good advice for me, as a 17 year old. What would you recommend I do to have a successful real estate career. I.E what books did you read? What skills did you learn? How did you get started?

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,
