My hesitation is that the house is designed for a bigger family.  The neighborhood that the house is in is not necessarily attractive for family life (underwhelming schools, lots of bars).  I am wondering if anyone has had good or bad experiences trying to get families to rent in this area.

I am considering purchasing a 5 bedroom house in West Park to rent out.  Most rental homes in this area are smaller (i.e. 3 bedroom), does anyone have any experience renting larger homes to families in this area?  Given that the home is larger, is it difficult to find families to rent in this type of neighborhood?

We are looking at purchasing a rental property in West Park and I was hoping to get any feedback regarding this area as an investment opportunity. Are there other suburbs in the Cleveland area that we should instead be focusing our efforts?
