I got your accounts lifted from the messaging ban. The system's sensitive to spam, make sure to make your messages personal and don't copy/paste them.

I didn't know the system would be so sensitive, how can I get unblocked?

I got the ban lifted. You can now send messages.

Thank you so much, I appreciate it.

Hey @Ben Bakhshi you are cleared now. Just be sure to change up the message a bit each time and you'll be fine. Just adding a name should do it.

Also don't spam, but I'm sure you weren't. :)

I was doing the same, when or how can I get unblocked??

I made 3 deals wholesaling and got $43K out of it.

Never give up never surrender and you will look just like me! black and everything!

Thanks for the advice, currently taking massive action and working towards my goals!

My partner and I have been working on Whole Saling for a good amount of time learning to work with contractors, sellers, investors, you name it. I am currently 17 and am ambitious, looking to reach out to anyone that might be able to give some advice or wisdom and possibly shadow or do any work for more experience. I want to progress and learn the game of real estate and entrepreneurship and am willing to do whatever it takes.

Thanks for the advice! I will be sure to apply it, quality of quantity is almost always a smarter approach!

We are looking to build a strong list of cash buyers and HML for our properties. Any Ideas on platforms to reach out on for serious partners. As learned and said by many time and time again that real estate is a numbers game, how many buyers is enough to have a strong platform for most scenarios? Any information would be super valuable, thanks!

Hello! My partners and I have started a Whole Saling operation and are getting results fast. Are there any forms of protection we should be aware of in this business to be protected?

Hello everyone! I am wholesaling with my partner and everything is doing well for us and we are persistent and progressing quickly. We are about to close our first deal after about a month of working together and at distance. I have multiple people from other platforms contacting me to learn and get input. I enjoy helping as well as my partner! If anyone would like to connect and see how we have gotten this far as just teenagers and or collaborate we would love for you to contact us!
