I'm hoping someone could explain to me what this means on the HUD Property Condition Report - pour water/antifreeze in drains - fail. Would this mean that the sewer line is completely blocked up?

David did a live on IG a couple weeks ago in which he did mention that him and BP disagree on what kind of stories to cover - BP wanting to be more inspirational and David wanting to be more realistic (don't quit your W2, etc). I think he was great on the BP podcast and I will definitely listen to his new podcast as well as continue listening to BP. Hope Rob is on his new podcast too!

Can someone please clarify this for me - if I take out a HELOC on my primary residence to purchase an investment property would that have to be for 100% of the cost of the investment property or can I just take out enough for a down payment? In other words, would a mortgage company have a problem with me using a HELOC towards the down payment?
