I sold a property in California which was registered in an outstate LLC; and did an 1031 exchange and bought property in another state in which the LLC is originally registered. I want to sell the property to another LLC I owned.

1.Do I have to pay capital interest from the original exchange since the new LLC has different EIN?

what is the best way to do this.
