Hi all. I found mobile home park in Jonesboro IN. Is there anybody here interested in partnering up in this deal ? I haven’t done any this has many issues...55 pads for 350,000 currently 9 paying $200-225 each

I have an off market property which is condos right now five units total owned by two owners both wanting to sell. Taxes are high but after the conversion will be lower. Sellers are looking for 600 K. Garden unit is three bedroom all other ones a two bedroom. The owner also sad that the garden unit could be split into two units which would then be six unit multifamily. What do you think ?

If you are afraid of rent control just buy in Suburbs or Du Page county. Plenty of buildings there. Units are getting rented in no time. I wouldn't worry.

Hello everyone. I took my state exam today and unfortunately I didn't pass it.

I bought examsmart but questions at exam were totally different from what they have on smartexam.

Wanted to see if there is anybody here who recently passed an exam and can share some either websites or good ways of preparing for it. Thank you
