Hi Iman, I haven't analyzed properties in the Houston area. Looking at high job growths areas, good schools, and low crimes are the standard elements to take into consideration. Also, buying properties below their intrinsic value is, I believe, what defines a deal.

Hi Stephen, trust is a major issue. However, taking risks typically involve working with a team of people to help you achieve your REGoals. With advancement in technology, many of the systems you will inadvertently have to build can leverage on technology, giving you some control.

Personally, speculating based on appreciation potential. Though CapRates are important, long term rentals are really attractive. Good luck.

Iman, I think you could also consider high-yield [CoCR] and high-growth areas within the Houston market. Just another spin that could help you decide whether the BRRR strategy will be feasible.
