Hi I'm a new investor in the Fort Lauderdale area. And I am trying to find out a rough estimate of the average dollar amount per square footage for a full rehab and a light rehab on a typical house in Fort Lauderdale area? I understand the nature of repairs can vary, but like I said i would like jus a estimate. Thanks in advance!!!
