I have a friend which I trust and know for many years who can help me with the purchase and all other preparations which are needed, It is my first investment out of my country

He can only offer me this deal for the budget I have(Up to 40000$), and also the profit suppose to be yearly 11%-12% of cash flow

Since you know the area, maybe you can help with these questions

1. Do you see any problem with selling these condos in the next 5-6 years?

2. Is the negative historical population rate can affect the chances to rent the house and renting fees?

3. Any other concerns for buying Condos , for rent, in this city?

Hey all

I was offered to buy a condo in Banbury Cir  street , Zip code 44128

Prices are 35,000$ for 2 bedrooms and 38000$ for 3 bedrooms.

Can you please share your experience from investing in a rental properties in Warrensville heights in general and particular in condos vs SFR?

Things that I'm worried about:

1. I leave in Europe and can only manage with a property management company

2.Losing the value of the house within a few years as a result of bad education and crime rates
