Post: What should my next move be?

Hey everyone.

So about 8 months ago, I decided to get into real estate through wholesaling. I've done some deals but I don't particularly like the wholesaling business. I currently have about 16k in cash just sitting there and I want to get into actually buying and developing real estate.

My question to those out there that have been in the game for a long time. What are some options I can explore?

Wholesalers in Philly and surrounding areas, how do you feel about the market right now? Especially with the stigma associated with wholesaling.

I started towards the end of 2020 and have been gaining great momentum since. I've noticed the sellers in the city are tough and very hostile in most cases, even when they are looking to sell. Has it always been like this? Is this the norm?
