hi i know this is pretty old, but i can speak from experience. I was a mentor student in the BREIA mentor program. The program was great.  When they first start putting up the money for deal this was a game changer. I was their 1st student to get a deal and did many more. It is well worth the money. They actuall help do most of the work for you. showing you how to do deals and find properties as you watch along side of them. 

I've been hearing that most banks big or small simply won't talk small investors; that they almost exclusively sell their notes to hedge funds. Also, that in order to even get the hedge funds to talk to you, if you can find the one's that have notes, you must be able to "talk the lingo" or they won't speak to you either. Has this been anyone's experience. How does one starting of, simply get started. Any information will help. Thanks

I'm interested in buying non performing notes. How do I get listings of available notes from banks/hedge funds.
