Hello - I'm looking for referrals for credible independent builders of SFR, Condos, Townhomes and small Multifamily properties in the DFW and surrounding areas. My team and I are looking for 3-4 builders that have experience building on existing lots and potentially undeveloped land. Thank you.

Hello, 

I've had a few SFRs but am new to multifamily properties.  Can anyone provide some insight into how to prepare a presentation to investors, how to approach it once you've found a property and some of the intricate details they are looking for?  I understand I have to present a strong business case along with financials, however,  I want to be sure my presentation is solid and don't want to miss something.   Thanks!
