Ben, great content!

Adam, I can relate to your post. I have similar goals as you. I also have analysis paralysis and have put a deadline on my first property. (I have six months to acquire my first duplex) Most everyone I've spoken with about all the reading and preparation I do, say to me "I recommend you get a property of your own" I will continue to read and learn but soon will do so in my new property.
