I'm new to wholesaling and am interested in getting involved. I don't understand it completely maybe you guys can help me understand it more. My main question is how would i keep the signer of the contract from knowing that I'm making an extra 2-5k off the deal. I fell as if they would be upset and not want to return to me knowing that they could have sold the house for more or bought the house for less.

@Tuan Le  @Denise Stanford Thank all of you for your support and help. Thanks to you guys i have gained a huge amount of knowledge on my REL. I'm so pumped and hyped for my licence and what i'm going to gain in the long run at school thanks again for all your support!!!

Also repeat business is a huge benefit as i see it. Thank you for sharing this information with me ill put bot of your info to good use!

@Tuan Le Thank you for informing me on this and you advice.@Denise Stanford Thank you for your advice and thank you for your input I will put it to good use!!!!

those of you that have your REL out there how have we used it to profit to your advantage? I am interested in learning more about investment properties and how to flip homes. I joined Bigger Pockets to gain knowledge and help start my success in real estate. I have already set my rout to gain my REL and know the advantages just wondering what your point of view is on it.

I have already set my rout of gaining my license and am getting ready to invest. In my honest opinion I think the best way for me to learn is threw experience and learn from other peoples mistakes as well as my own. I AM PUMPED ABOUT THIS REI!!!! On the other hand i would love to take any advice you have to give and put it to work!!
